Made with only Chardonnay grapes this is a very fine and expressive 'Blanc de Blancs ' with a nose of mint and nuts. The very pleasant flavor with hints of white fruits and a subtle mineral, it is in complete harmony with the aroma. Serve at about 6 to 7 degrees.
